Titagarh Post Office

The post man did not come to the addresh or he did not call the customer i track my parcel it's shows on the delivery after 4 hours they submit in record customer not found now next day i need to go post office then I can recive my parcel before 2 times they do like that .no one check there comment section very poor service . If any senior staff of this post office check your staff behaviour or work speed .

This is an old post office of this area... But the problem is ... The post office is a typical government organization.... They are not prompt and quick... They really don't bother of urgency of your work... They will keep doing things at their own pace... They always keep on complaining of less manpower... They are very slow, and don't even show a intend to do your work... The post masters are also very ridiculous... He will call you and tell you to collect you mails and letters from post office. Whereas it's his own work .. the staff will be free but will not do your work by saying it's not my charter of duty... It's someone else work who is on leave today... And.. just like this...

Very bad services. They don't know how to work. They are taking advantage of Government job. Central government should privatize Indian Speed post system otherwise They will not work, They will update address not found.They are taking huge salary from government and not working.

Worse service in compare to any other post office, they never deliver the item on tym and always update that "Address not found" on their tracking site, there are the contact number in every item they have but they never call them even i think they never go out to deliver, and we customer have to collect the item direct from the office.

Bad experience. Staffs are not trained to work effectively. They seems lazy whenever you go. No cleaness no hygiene full of dust.

Everything about this place is bad , bad customer service, ill treatment, rude behaviour , confused employees ... U need to visit 5 times to get a single thing done here , literally the worst

Acha he ...ye yad rakhiye ..speed post ka timing Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm , Saturday sirf 10 am to 12 pm .

Very bad service! My BMC certificate is returned by them several time. this post office did not know where people actually lives or not.
