Head Post Office

The response from the staff people was very bad and worse, even when the people are at the home they just mentioning as the peoples arent there and returning the post. Worst response by not doing there job properly The passport seva also located within this place.

We wanted to send some post from India post, since we didn't want to spend too much money on the courier. They refused to take any package with food. We just wanted to send some health mix which was dry and neatly packed in a box. The staff were rude and careless as expected from a typical government worker. What a horrible waste of tax payer money. Shut this down or privatize it.

One of the worst experience I've had. I've sent my documents to delhi through speed post but the post not reached yet it's been a month now. And I've sent again 2nd time through speed post still it's on the way after 5 days too..and no customer care service and not able to contact them.. Pls don't go there for sending u r parcel. One of the worst service and the staff is also rude

Worst staff that I have never seen ,for closing my SB account am approaching the post office for the past 3 days till nw I didn't get my savings amount, don't know the work poor staff simply they r getting the jobs and sitting in the chair, irritating the public , requesting the government to recruit the appropriate ones. Better to prefer banking sector for our faster work....they respond politely with the customers

Very worst behaviour from staff .For availing one of the postal service I approached them at 3pm . The person who is responsible for providing that service told me (you came very early ( in a sarcastic way ) . We closed our servers for today , come another day .In google timings it was mentioned that 10 am - 6 pm as their working hours . So I told that person about that in polite way and again that person mentioned that office will be always open even at 12 am but you should come early . I just came out of the office without speaking much . They are feeling lazy to do their tasks also . They don't deserve even 1 star .

Hi, my parcel not delivered cause of Insufficient address. So what's next?.. if you could call on the number given in the address. It will not be a problem no?

Reasonable rates for postal services.The only thing which is quite uncomfortable over here is Crowd.It's a busy place most of the time.So, it takes a bit long than other courier and postal services to send our courier or post here. The prices are really worth when comparision shots up between other postal or courier services.It would charge you around 30-40 rupees on average for a post and 40-55rupees for a speed post and Courier charges varies according to the weight of your courier .Parking place is available and you even have a small cozy waiting place outside Postoffice.

worst POST OFFICE i have ever seen. they should learn the rules . if other post offices are allowing food items for international post. this post office is mentioning we will not allow
