Who ever facing issues with employees and entrance person. I already forwarded a complaint on them. Got assurance That Necessary action will be taken on them. If still these employees behave rude, have sometime to complain on them via website or via twitter. Your issues will be sorted out along with action will be taken on related employee. Don't tolerate bad behaviour .

No rush here. I've been here for renewal. Ample parking space. Both post office and this is together. So dont get confused.
There are three tables, where each of doc verification, bio meteic, and scan.
Process is smooth.
For renewal: carry
1. Old passport
2. Fiest and last page print out
3. Adhar card copy. Make sure u carry originals.
For kid:
1. Birth certificate
2. Parents passport (adhar not req)

Guys who is sitting at front desk is crooked guy. We went from Bangalore with kid he rejected application asking documents that are not necessary. Am sure he gets karma. All other staff also supportive of him. Very worst. May the front desk guy gets his gets his punishment from god. Am also not first one to complain about him. Very rude guys

If possible I won't even give a single star to this Office. As people are saying about the front desk guy, they are absolutely right. He was asking for documents that were not necessary, i carried every document and still it was not enough for him. Most importantly he won't cooperate with applicants and shows his third class attitude. Travelled 120 kms and still couldn't get the job done. Pathetic absolutely disgusting ...

Important documents to carry: Tenth and Aadhar Originals and its Xerox are required.
Slot: If you get a slot at 2:00 pm you can reach there on/before 2:30 pm.
Lunch break: 2:00 to 2:30 pm (the office will be closed during this time)
Staff: 2 to 3 members are only working (It's a single open room) and they are quite friendly if you have proper documents.
Max time to complete the verification process: less than 30mits.
Extra person: One member can be with the applicant inside the office.

Not giving proper response the guy who sitting at entrance.
2 months back i applied passport here and still its showing "Passport application is under review at Regional Passport Office."
Such i worst office.
