This new location started operations from Jan 1st 2026. For anyone who is visiting for the first time it's not on the main road, it's 2nd building behind Aditya Multi speciality Dental clinic. There is no designated parking space for 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler, plan to park on the roadside or on the mainroad. Office space and layout: This new location is smaller when compared to the older one and has only 5 cabins. So expect to wait for more time. Operation center manager and Center Manager cabins are backside towards the left upon entering. Location is enabled for Wheelchair access, if anyone is planning to avail then please reachout to the guards and they will bring out the wheelchair and guide you. Washrooms are also available for male and female. Appointment: Offline Appointments: Only 150 tokens are given per day at 08.00 AM. Online Appointments: You can book the online slot but ensure to bring the printout. Note: Guards will ask for color print out of the Appointment slot, but it's not required. Black and white printout would suffice. This is confirmed by the Operation Center Manager himself. Lunch Break: 01.30 to 02.30 PM Anyone planning to visit with Children/ Kids or New born then Sunday afternoon after 02.30 PM would be the best time and it's not crowded. My Experience: Staff are kind, helpful and guided through our the process from start to end. Our process was smooth and we visited C4 counter and Sree Latha mam was very helpful.

Visited the Aadhaar Seva Office for my update process. The staff was cooperative and guided me properly through the procedure. The process was smooth, though waiting time could be improved. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

This is the new location, shifted from the Karvy Building. The office operates all seven days from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Tokens are issued from 8:00 AM onwards, with a daily limit of 150 tokens. Although it may appear as closed on Saturdays and Sundays, the office is currently open and functioning on those days as well.

I visited today. we have to take tokens before 8 am and they will start processing at 9:30 pm. every day there is a limit of 100 tokens. mostly their servers will be down. Worst freaking process.

They always say servers are down, need to wait for hours to listen to that. Visited three times so far
