Hello Team Kawasaki India I'm a customer based out of vizag. I ride a zx10r 2021 and I am glad to share my experience I had at the service center. The executives attended without any delay and understood my query and acted on it immediately. Since I've owned many superbikes of various Brands,I was never this happy to share my experience as the other brands failed in after sales services are really bad. Vehicle performance is too good. I feel very comfortable when I drive the vehicle. Heat generation and false indicator of fuel tank are the two things which are I noticed except these over all performance is good .

Service people and valuing a customer is so good @ vizag kawasaki . .but kawasaki INDIA has to check on the workmanship. . .because they charge that separately. . and a bit expensive too. . .
