Passport Office POPSK

Never seen a PSK where there is no electricity. Whoever is reading this review do bring a copy of e-verified aadhar, since they don't have access to digi aadhar. The employees sitting here are having very less knowledge of what all documents are required for non-ecr category. They just want matriculation passing certificate.

The office is currently running by 2 staff, if your appointment is batch 14 and below try to reach by 10 am and submit your appointment letter this way there is a chance to get your papers processed quicker and earlier than your scheduled appointment time. Always carry a copy of e signed verified adhaar.

#Complaint I am writing to express my frustration regarding our experience today. I had an appointment for my child's passport renewal scheduled for 9:30 AM, with instructions to arrive 15 minutes early. Our families arrived at 9:00 AM, but as I write this review at 9:50 AM, the office has still not opened. This situation is incredibly disappointing and raises serious questions about how this office operates. If the system provided a time of 9:30 AM, one would expect the office to be open before that time. However, that has not been the case. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to prevent future inconveniences for other families.

A central government organization specially for passport affairs. To some extent organized. Only two employees are running it. But for Muzaffarpur city it perhaps sufficient. This office follow Patna passport office, this office gets link from Patna office then they begin their service. Employee are also cooperative.

Tooo much slow work and process staff are so lazy no value of time ......very bad experience...

These people are working very hard. Experienced fast service and recieved my passport without much hassle. Ministry of external affairs makes it possible every way that citizens must not get difficult in getting passport. Thanks!

No timing issue, first come first serve like that, rule reliable, but don't forget to bring original certificates, taken all fingerprint and retina scan, also dslr photo for passport, Work environment is fine.

Long wait time. Small office. No separate line for kids and seniors.
