I visited this centre for GAMCA medical. The medical process itself was fine and the doctor's behaviour was professional and polite. However, the staff at the counter were very rude and unhelpful. They did not guide properly and their way of talking was disappointing.
For people going abroad for work, this process is already stressful. At least basic respect and proper communication should be maintained by the front desk staff.

I'm sharing my horrific experience at [Al jazeera Medicare] to warn others. The services were appalling, and the staff seemed indifferent to patient care. Despite the glowing reviews online, I'm convinced they're paid or fake review.
Here's the truth: unclean facilities, long wait times, and dismissive doctors. The billing department was also aggressive and unhelpful.
Unless you want to risk your health and well-being, avoid this hospital. I'll never set foot in there again.
