Aadhaar Seva Kendra - Experience & Important Information Overall, my experience at the Aadhaar Seva Kendra was good. I stood in the queue at 5:00 AM to get the token form. There are two separate lines--one for males and one for females. Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, forms are distributed, and an approximate time is given for when your token number will be called. *Token numbers 1-200 are usually called before lunch *Token numbers 201-400 are called after lunch, until office closing time Only 400 enrolment forms are issued daily. Inside the enrolment room, each operator handles different types of cases. Things to Note Before Visiting: 1. Carry a physical Aadhaar card or a black-and-white photocopy of Aadhaar. 2. Supporting documents must be original and in colour print. (Documents shown on mobile phones or black-and-white photocopies are not accepted.) 3. Self-declaration forms are provided separately for Date of Birth (DOB) corrections beyond the allowed limit. 4. Visit early in the morning to be among the first 400 applicants. 5. No form is required to update the mobile number in Aadhaar. This service is provided free of cost outside the enrolment gate. 6. Fill the forms very carefully. If you do not understand anything, you may take help from YouTube videos.

As every govt offices this place is also full of incompetent employees. Absolutely pathetic place. Every employee here behaves like they're doing a favor by just showing up. Lazy, arrogant, and zero work ethic. Nothing gets done in one visit--prepare to waste days. They avoid work like a plague. This GPO is a disgrace to public service. Shut it down already!

Staff are not friendly. Waiting time is to high. No of staff in addhar seva is very less .

This is a historical building located near Patna junction.This building was built before independence and still looks amazing .All postal related works are done here. Aadhar enrollment centre is also located in this building.I have been there many times and I am very pleased with the service provided here. If you required any postal related work you should visit here. Overall experience at this place was amazing

Great place...everything you need is available at one place...Aadhar updation,national and international booking,IPO,Banking services,philately services,Insurance any many more..... Outlook is perfect with a serene garden which is having its own serenity...The only thing missing here is the modern look of GPO which needs cabin system service desk/ good lighting/ AC / heater and more importantly . "sulabh sochalya " for women and children coming here for various works. Rest all looks good..

Very bad experience. Queue starts from 1am for Aadhar form. Still no guarantee that you'll get the form. Then you get link/server down problem. Pathetic management. Incompetent employees.
