Today I received my parents Canada visa from raffles educity. There team is very cooperative and guided me all the details very patiently. I am glad that I have started my process with raffles . Even though I suggest everyone to visit there get there visa approved .

I called them regarding my visitor visa. They didn't give any satisfactory answer on call. They didn't explain any process. They asked us to come to their office and pay Rs. 15,000 registration fees first and then they will explain the process and start. This totally doesn't make any sense. How can we give money to any immigration without knowing their procedure and success rate. Beware of such type of agents. Don't give money before getting full information.

I have applied my family visitor visa from raffles and we received the visa on expected time . I truely recommend everyone to visit raffles for their visa's . They are surely the best immigration in the tricity .

I am giving zero stars to this immigration. Very unprofessional staff. I applied for my mother's and siblings visitor visa for canada through them. We paid 70,000 rs. to them and just before one day of the file lodgement they asked us to pay 35,000rs more to make the covering letter for the visa approval. They said that your visa approval chances are 99% if you will get this covering letter attached with the file from one of our immigration content writer from Canada. After few days, I got the refusal for my mother and other two siblings. Then after 3 months, again I applied for my mother's visitor visa on my convocation. We provided all the required documents whatever they asked for and showed all the funds in account according to their suggestion. Still I got the rejection for my mother's visa. When I asked for the refund of their payment they refused to return it. There are very rare chances to get refusal on convocation ceremony. If you call them and ask the reason for anything, they won't come on the point. They are just making fool of people. Even I checked on google, the same helpline number is updated for all of their branches and when we call on that number one of their receptionist from Chandigarh branch will pick up and say we have closed our other branch because our seniors have gone to abroad for sometime. Just to put my worst experience in front of the public, I don't want anyone else to go there and waste their precious time as well as money. Worst experience ever !

Raffles educity is one of the best immigration in tricity .All staff members are well educated and well mannered. I got my visa from Raffles after 4 refusals . So I will highly recommend to visit there .
