Everything works so perfectly without any hassles. I have completed my all process related to fresh passport within one hour. Just ensure to reach 30 minutes before your appointment time. Lcd screens are there in every waiting area so that the persons can check their token number along with their counter number. once the token number reflects on led screen then you have to go to your alloted counter number with your original documents. There are three steps in whole process including counter number A,B,C. After all the steps you have to fill up the feedback form before exit.

Herald house building is a passport office near ITO metro or ITO building. When you are going here for your passport verification appointment make note of below steps. 1. Always carry your original documents and photocopies self attested. 2. Only two ID and address proof are required but you can carry more for safer side e.g - Aadhar, Pan card, 10th Marksheet, Bank a/c copy, Voter ID etc. 3. You will get entrance exactly what is your reporting time. 4. Do not need to carry application and receipt copy only appointment message received on phone is enough. 5. After entrance you need to wait for few minutes then make a queue to get token number. 6. You need to wait for your appointment according to you token number e.g - A 111 means desk no. A 111 ground floor. 7. Now you will move to second floor B Desk with same token no. 111. 8. You wait again at the same floor for C desk verification. 9. So over all there are three steps verification process at desk A, B and C. 10. It will take almost 1 hour 15 minutes to complete your process.

People working around saying Passport office was shifted around a year ago to Videocon Tower Jhandewalan. Is any body confirmed that is it true...?

Went to the passport office for a new application. From the entry till exit they have an amazing courteous staff with very effective support for the applicants. Activities are quick and formal. From the security at the entrance to the enquiry counter. Enquiry counter checks ur documents and if anything is needed will help us to take Xerox copies opposite to the counter. If ur minor applicant doesn't have name on birth certificate a name declaration form has to be provided. Then they send to the waiting area for the application acceptance at the next counter A (processing zone) with proper allocation of tokens. Approx 30 counters are there. Proper allocation for Tatkal, senior citizens and normal applications. After accepting the documents they scan and return back your originals and copies and take ur photo also. The next one has to go to counter B (verification zone) at the next floor for verification of the submitted documents. Third step towards zone 3 (Granting Zone) which finalised the completion of the process. Then give ur feedback at the exit and u may leave. Very clean washrooms and quick services make the office a perfect one at the top of the notch Easy Access from gate no. 04 of ITO metro is a boon. Keep going and all the best to keep it going mast !! Excellent service and no wastage of time. You would be sorted out within an hour from the token counter to c section for document verification. If possible reacher there around 30 mins before your appointment time.Staff is very helpful and professional.

Went there for passport appointment, they make you wait outside in scorching heat for 45 min or more for your turn have to stand on road no chairs or proper waiting area arrangement. Old people or person who can't stand for long have to be in the queue

Easy passport service. Nearby shops allows you to take printout, photocopy, passport size photo and food. Long queues, better arrive before scheduled time.
