I reached POPSK Patparganj before my scheduled time, and I genuinely appreciated how helpful the staff were from the very beginning. Even though I was early, they kindly guided me and helped ensure my paperwork was in order, which immediately reduced a lot of the usual stress that comes with passport appointments. The entire process inside the centre was organised and systematic. The staff handled everything efficiently while remaining polite and professional. The verification stages were smooth, and things were explained clearly without making the process feel intimidating. The premises were clean and well managed, which made the overall experience comfortable. Overall, my experience at POPSK Patparganj was very positive. The staff's cooperative approach, especially their willingness to assist even before my time slot, made the visit much more comfortable. I would recommend applicants to arrive prepared with proper documents for a hassle free experience.

Despite reading several negative reviews, I had an excellent experience at this Passport Seva Kendra branch. The serious negative reviews regarding accessibility are accurate. There are no facilities (no ramp, wheelchair access, or lift) for specially abled people, which is a major issue that needs addressing. The process was remarkably fast and efficient. I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes for my passport renewal. The staff was professional and the system moved smoothly. Convenient MCD parking is available adjacent to the building for 20 per hour. Ensure you carry your PAN card, Driving License, and photocopies of each. All copies must be self-attested and dated! Highly recommended for quick and hassle-free renewals.

I have been there for two times and i must say experience was no less than amazingly fabulous. Staff is so supportive and system is well organjzed. I had trauma of older passport office and their middleman driven system; where nothing used to move without bribes . This was a hassle free experience with superfast service. India is changing and i must appraise staff deputed at this office for their politeness and helpful nature.

Probably the worst passport Seva kedra in India, leave infrastructure aside, the people inside are typical sarkaari employees who don't care about anything. They will try to stall you for long or tell you to go main branch. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Worst passport seva kendra. Zero cooperation from any staff. They will invoke useless requirements which are not mentioned on application form. They just want to make you take rounds for a single thing so that you end up bribing then for expediting the processing. Ridiculous staff here . Pick any other psk kendra, avoid this shitty place.

I arrived at the location around 9AM, only to find the doors closed. Unfortunately, there was no designated waiting area outside, so my companions and I had to settle for sitting on the stairs. After patiently waiting for 45 minutes, a gentleman finally arrived and opened the doors to clean the office. However, to our dismay, even after entering, there were still no staff members from the passport office present, despite it being almost 10AM. Although the place may appear appealing in photos, my experience has proven otherwise.

I was here in November 2021 , my appointment was for 10 am and when I reached there was no one till 930 but sharp at 930 , two people (which was all the staff there was ) came and immediately started operating. The staff is co-operative and polite. The place is not very neat though but not dirty either. The working hours are 9.30 am -6pm with a lunch break from 1.30 pm -2.00 pm on all weekdays from Monday to Friday. Carry your original Adhaar Card , Voter ID , 10th passing certificate and any previous passport or spouse's passport along with self attested photocopies of these documents. The process of applying for passport is still online and once appointment is generated online then one needs to appear personally at the centre for document verification and further action.
