Paschim Vihar Post Office

Very Worst customer service, the public servant working there is very lazy and have an inappropriate behavior . they (Kuldeep) doesn't even accept my parcel on 1.42 Pm. as the timing of lunch is 1Pm. I also request to them to accept the parcel as i want to go to for some urgent work but they denied to take my registered parcel before 2 Pm.

So My passport was scheduled to be delivered on 07.05.2025, I was not at my home since i was in my office at Central Secretariat. The postman arrived and went back. I got to know about this and went to the post office to collet my passport. Ms Rinsha was there and was kind enough to give me my passport. Superior service i must say. This kind of service should be appreciated.

Staff Is very rude and lot of attitude.... Very Bad experience ....Attitude of govt job..

very rude behavior of staff specially Aadhar card modification male employee ,behave like a king of post office department with everyone, they openly challenge to every person that nobody take action or complaint against him...very bad experience of this govt department ....

The man who make adhaar he is very arrogant and rude he is not manner how to talk with a lady a govt employee think he is the king of that department

They don't deliver the parcel or courier on time, before delivery they will update the status that It is delivered. I have faced this issue 3 times. They are wanting the customer to come to post office and receive the parcel or courier. Today I saw it was mentioned that out for delivery at 8:40am 19th November 2019, but till evening they didn't deliver and still I didn't receive the parcel or courier yet. But at 8:50pm 19th November 2019,i am checking the status it is showing delivered. But foolish they are making to customers. They're thinking that by seeing people will go to complain to the post office and there they will parcel to them and will make fake excuses. Last time I received the parcel in bad condition. Rat or mice had damaged the parcel and also inside they have tear the stuff.

Worst experience, visited for aadhar updation, staff works very slow like any other govt. office. Still my work not completed. They deals 5 customers in 3 hours on average. Very bad behavior with customers. Avoid visiting this post office if you can.
