My experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member attending me was very slow, and despite my parcel weighing only 400 grams, he entered it as 4,900 grams. I pointed out the mistake, but he insisted that "this is what it is." I ended up waiting almost two hours and still no work done. It felt like the employees were simply unwilling to do their jobs properly.

Service of the post office is good. Crowd is less compare to other post office at Janakpuri. But the road in front of the post office is dirty due to a public dumping zone is situated. Apart from that post office is well connected with public transport.

No work done , staffs are rude , the server is always down or on update , not giving proper guidance when asking about any query

Pathetic speed post counter. An ineffecient lady is dealing with this counter for long. She is equally slow in typing,taking care of calculation of money. In absence of power cut when all the other counters were working, she kept on fooling the persons that no speed post available at that time. Moreover, at the end she received the speed post after half an hour that too during power cut. Please stop fooling public like this and replace the counter with some efficient employee.

Very poor service, staff talks very rudely, I went there for speed posting at 12:45 pm, when I reached there there system immediately gots shut down and then they went for lunch. After 1:30 they started working on speed post but there is only one person in the counter and before lunch there are 2. So they didn't even tell me that they won't be able to do it and I was wasting my time there till 2:00 pm.
