Monu delivery man . Never do his job properly. Always delayed delivery the parcel.

Poorest service provider of a govt body. The staff don't deserve a single penny as they are not interested in working. The system is poorly manged always there are long queues and mix for all kind of works. If somehow you can reach to counter the staff ill behaviour dissappoint every time. No service is provided by them properly even common stationary items are not provided by them. The never admit to take online payment always force to pay by cash. Manager is not going to listen and even not going to register complaint. Ladies staff are always late to come at desk and after 12.30pm they advise to come tomorrow for any kind of important work. I really dissappoint with their service. It is very important to take action against them.

It's a tottly do froud work my parcel received in narela post office in Saturday but he didn't dispatched and they show on app he received but I didn't receive so today morning I has gone on branch and ask about to my parcel then he said I dispatch but when I told him I can't receive then he told me thoda khracha Krna pdega aur wo Mera DL thaa isliye mujhe majburi mai 100rs dena pda so please don't do

My important documents are not delivered on the time ,I m from Sannoth nearest Narela , I had to go saket due to my documents inquiry nd it's very very poorest post offince I need my documents immediately now is 9/12/2021 nd head office of IGNOU said I have delivered your documents on 11/11/2021 shame on narela's post office m too nearset of nalera after that also doing like that .
