I had a terrible experience with Fatima Bike Rental in Goa. Despite seeing positive reviews on YouTube, I was disappointed with their service. They had limited vehicles in poor condition, and the price was steep at 500 per day, which they later agreed to reduce to 450. After paying via phone pay, I realized the vehicles were in bad shape, and the papers they showed me had expired. I refused to take the vehicle and asked for a refund, which they eventually provided after some delay. I lost about an hour dealing with them and wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. Instead, I rented a well-maintained vehicle from B.K Cars and Rentals nearby, which was a year old and offered for the same price. My trip went smoothly with the good vehicle, and I'm glad I avoided the hassle with Fatima Bike Rental. Giving one star since I don't have the option to give below that.

Fatima Tours & Travels cheated me and wasted my money. They clearly promised Dona Paula in the tour, but the bus never went there. When I questioned this, they later said it was not included. When I called them about this issue, their behavior on the call was very rude and unprofessional. They also gave an old pamphlet from 2008, which is misleading and feels like fraud. This is a clear case of cheating and false promises. I strongly do not recommend this tour service.

Rented a scooter here during my Goa trip - smooth process, well-maintained bike, and fair prices. The staff was friendly and flexible with timings, which made exploring Goa super easy. Highly recommend

Extremely happy with the service from Mr Taj & team! The Yamaha scooter which I received was in incredible condition & we really enjoyed using the vehicle for 4 straight days.

"We went to Travels & Tours to book train tickets for our family, as we had special and vulnerable passengers traveling with us. We specifically asked if it was possible to book lower seats, and the staff member, Ansraj (Sales Associate), told us that many seats were available. However, he ended up booking the tickets by splitting our group and assigning upper seats. When we questioned him about it, he refused to make any changes and claimed he never agreed to anything. Unfortunately, he also refused to issue a refund, and we were unable to travel because of this. I would not recommend this Travels & Tours agency. There are many other travel companies that are much more reliable and trustworthy."

They are real scammers. They won't refund the deposit money. They scam telling given full tank petrol while giving empty tanked bikes. Don't go if you can afford others
