My experience at this government building while applying for my mother's birth certificate was extremely FRUSTRATING and DISSAPPONTING. The staff lacked basic communication skills in English and were ill-mannered and unprofessional. There was no sense of civic responsibility or respect toward citizens, especially elderly people. The entire process was chaotic and poorly organized. If you need even a basic application form, you are forced to leave the building and go to advocates in the next building to purchase it. This shows how useless and inefficient the system is. citizens should not have to rely on external agents for basic government services. No clear guidance, no proper seating, no structured process, and no sense of timing or language when dealing with people. It felt like the system is designed to confuse people rather than help them. Experiences like this make it clear why India still struggles with basic governance and public service delivery. At this pace, it will take decades, perhaps another 100 years, to reach the standards of first-world countries. Wish there was a way to give negative stars for a useless building like this. It should be converted to a university to educate such people.

The architecture of the building is amazimg... they have a token system. These days the wait after taking a token is not much. After taking a token my turn came within 5mins.. there is a xerox shop, a notary just in the opposite building. Even though I think that they should keep a Xerox center within the building itself, it would be more convenient... There is a lot of parking space available for cars and bikes, so parking is not na issue here!

Awesome architecture and such wide airy rooms and corridors. Waiting areas are spacious. Over all a 5 star building. Has a canteen open to all in the basement.

Four stars for the architecture of the building. Massive complex. Looks stunning from the outside.

Staff is friendly but sometimes they will not guide u properly. One person will say one method other will tell that method is wrong. Again he will say other method. Building architecture is good with proper room nos. Easily anyone can find out the required department.
