Highly unprofessional. I have a 7 months old baby, I had taken appointment for making Aadhar card. They charge 6 times more the rates. On the day of appointment when V reached, they gave lame excuse that person in bank is not well. Come on some other day. The staff behaviour is very rude as if they r doing favour to us. Avoid this Center. Better to go to other Center even if they are far away. It's waste of time and money.

Be ready to wait for a long time as the staff members focuses on other pending tasks rather than helping their clients who are sitting in line in front of them. No doubt, their charges are pretty high compared to their speed of service. So, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Highly unprofessional! They charged me nearly 6 times the normal fee (300 rupees per change) for basic changes that should have cost only 50 rupees on government affiliated centres. Even worse, their support was inadequate. It took over a month of daily calls just to get a simple OTP for changing my address. After paying 1600 rupees for address and phone number change, I had to call them daily for a simple OTP. Avoid them if you can!

It was an absolute nightmare! It took over a month of daily calls just to get a simple OTP for changing my address. They had one simple task: share the OTP on my number. Yet, every day they came up with new excuses. I am beyond disappointed. Be cautious of such people who charge exorbitantly but fail to deliver proper service.

They say either aadhar card address will update in 2-3 months and take whooping 350 rs for just a filthy address update

Worst centre ever. I went there to update my name and address in adharcard they said in a week you will get it only my application lodge on 21st January 2023 nd its been more than a month i didn't even get my updated card online or not even received offline as well i try to connect them first 3 to 4 calling they check online and said it is in process after that they said technical issues and now they are not even responding. They have transferred my number as well and not even resolving my query. They took payments as well.
Do not visit here. Useless service
