Me and my friend I applied for Germany visitor visa. We paid Rs. 11,800 as processing fees I had a very bad experience with Fidelity Immigration. The information they gave me was completely inaccurate and because of that my friends visa got rejected. The staff handling my friend case had very little knowledge, and for every small question they had to ask their superior who was rarely available My friend's biometrics came before the due date, and he went to get his biometric file summit done, after which his visa got rejected. His counselor officer had shown a mistake in the travel Itinerary plan. That he would be traveling to only one city, berlin due to which my friend's visa was rejected. My file was also the same, so I also did not go for biometric file summit, otherwise my visa would have been rejected and I would have to pay biometric visa fee too These people are only interested in processing fee. There was no clear communication, and I had to keep following up even for basic updates. Initially they made big promises, but once their attitude changed completely. After my friend's rejection, they did not provide any proper support or guidance on what to do next. To be honest, I felt that they only care about taking money, not helping the customers. I will never recommend Fidelity Immigration to anyone who wants honest, professional service. Please be careful before trusting them with your visa process. I recommend that so that no one else gets trapped like this, you should be careful before going there.
