Pretty decent experience, I just went there to get my FTI-TTP biometric registration, which was flawless and quick apart from me getting there at lunch time hence had to wait 10mins. Haven't had experience of their other services, but the service i had avail was pretty efficient.

Today I visited the FRRO Office Navrangpura Ahmedabad, and I am truly amazed by the service experience. From the reception to the concerned officers, everyone was extremely humble, cooperative, and highly efficient in their work. The entire process was smooth and well-managed, and my work was completed in no time. It is truly heartening to see such a strong customer-centric attitude and professionalism among the employees. I enrolled for Fast track immigration and reached FRRO office for biometric it was done with in 5 minutes very quick also staff was good and helpful

I went for FTI, only passport is required and nothing else, QR code on phone works. It is very simple process only takes 2min as no one was ahead of us. No prior appointment is required just walk in
