I'd give this place zero stars if possible. The service is horrendous and it's shocking that no one seems to be addressing the repeated 2.5-star reviews and complaints. Both my mother and I have faced unresponsive and rude staff, and it's clear that the post office's support team is either completely inept or indifferent. If this doesn't change, they'll be left with zero customers soon enough.

Totally useless service. No one will give you a proper answer for your query here. You will be wasting your time waiting here for hours and even days since they will tell you to come on this day and another.

Today I went to collect my passport, no one was interested to hear me. I have to shout that I am here to collect my passport. PO Staff rudely said wait for 1 hour we have many other tasks to do here. After arguing for 10mins they finally handed over my passport. I would never visit this Post office again.
