Dealing with this consultancy was a complete waste of time and money. I transferred a significant amount in advance, expecting at least basic professionalism, but absolutely nothing worthwhile was delivered. When it became clear that no real service was being provided, I decided to stop moving forward.
There was no written agreement, no defined scope of work, and no visible progress at any point. Despite following up repeatedly over several months, I was met with silence. Calls were ignored, messages went unanswered, and there was zero effort to explain delays or return the money.
This kind of behavior shows a serious lack of ethics, accountability, and transparency. Taking payments without proper documentation and then disappearing is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting this consultancy and strongly advise not to make any payment unless everything is clearly documented, signed, and traceable.
