I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office. The staff here are incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. During my visit, they were rude, dismissive, and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. The entire experience was frustrating and unpleasant.
The post office is supposed to be a place where people can rely on efficient service, but that was far from the case here. I strongly urge the management to look into this issue and make necessary changes. Staff training on basic customer service skills is urgently needed. Until improvements are made, I will be avoiding this location and recommending others to do the same.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service!
I'm currently standing at the Indian Post Office during the Raksha Bandhan rush, and it's been over 2 hours--the line hasn't moved even a little bit! There are two counters available, but they've shut one down and are working at a lazy, careless pace on the other. This is a festival time where thousands depend on timely courier delivery, yet the staff seem completely irresponsible and unbothered.
Are they even being paid to work like this? If yes, then this is a complete waste of taxpayer money. No urgency, no proper management, no respect for people's time. This is the kind of service that makes people lose faith in government-run institutions.

1st a fall where is the contact number of the post office ? after so much struggle i get a phone number from the indianpost web site and now the number was not available. HOW WE CAN CONTACT A POST OFFICE ??? That Means They Gave me only one option that i want visit post office personally for just getting details of my parcel. KESE BANEGA DIGITAL INDIA ? Speed Post Tracker hai but NO CONTACT INFORMATION.
