-There is limited space for parking. (Ive seen a car being towed too, white clamped car parked just outside the building can be seen in the picture, they do have the sign though) -Absolutely no roof available for people who are accompanying the applicants and they have to wait outside under direct sunlight. -No washroom facility available for those who wait outside. -The pricing of the services they provide is NOT reasonable at all. -Staff try their best to convince the applicants to get paid services. -No customer care number to talk to. They handle everything by emails only. (Uk division)

It was an excellent service provided by Shivam Pariyar and Kuldeep singh for my Visa services at Ahmedabad Centre. I opted for priority service and the staff took care of everything and got my process done within an hour. One should be aware that in priority service they don't have printing services. Only photocopy is included. If you've time and all documents as needed than I don't fill you're required to go through priority, even the normal service should work fine. One thing which I would recommend is having a larger priority room since it was quiet busy when I took an appointment.

Take 8D iskcon crossings bus from Ahmedabad railway station bus stand (kalupur bus stop) to law college then walk 10 min approx 800 meter then you'll reach your destination to VFS global. It will cost around 15 rupees otherwise auto wala will take around 150 rupees.

So I had an appointment on 12th of January. My application was not sent ahead and I had already paid the amount.(13,263) which is more than their usual premium lounge facility but, that is a different subject altogether. I was being told that I'll get my refund within 7 days. I went to the office and they told me that my process of refund has begun and I can expect it in 2-3 working days. Ever since, I've been waiting. It's been more than 20 days now. Emphasis on they told me that my process had begun. I learnt that I had to send emails and after that I would get my refund. So, the staff clearly lied about it. I sent mails, with all the tedious details over and over and they've been very passive about it. I'm asking refund for the right reasons and they know it! They ensured me I'll get it in a week and they are just manipulators. I'm a medical student and I don't have time to call and write emails every day. This is negligence and harassment! I paid online so I've all the proofs and I've been sending them. This is totally unprofessional. You guys should pay more attention on your customer care and the way your staff handles process. You guys do not value the customer. A simple procedure like refund should not take this much time. I don't know what it is that y'all do in the name of procedures. This is cheating and manipulation. What a disgrace!

Excellent and very prompt quick customer friendly service. They tried to find quick solution so that customer does not have to keep coming to their place. Scrutiny is also done very quickly and systematically. Mr Saiyed was very much courteous and so was the lady officer. Even the security persons are courteous. Have got token system and persons are taken up as per their turn.

Visited for UK visa. Process is fast. Just be there 15mins before your interview time. Approx 1 hour time is more than sufficient. Clean and clear place. Staff is supportive.

Worst experience ever. Firstly, they didn't arrange my documents properly. Second - one of the team member took my documents for scanning and just threw them into the scanner. Therefore, some of my documents just got stuck in the scanner. However, she doesn't care what documents scanned properly and what's not scanned. The best thing in here is I purchased premium service for the worst service. Never book appointment here if you doesn't wanna mess your visa. *Especially premium service**

Wonderful services from staff. If you want car parking then must reach early in the morning. Otherwise you will have to park your car far away. Security guard nature was very polite. Just reach before 15 minutes of your appointment. They will only allow to enter on appointment time.
