Good and helpful people got a biometric appointment with premium launge within 10 minitues and my whole process just took 39 minutes in Rush hour service is very wonderful photos in side building is not allowed but I can give you outlet of the office once you climb stairs you'll find a receptionist on a help desk in front of them there is a person who's in charge of luggage and other activities. 1 receptionist will give you token number and you'll have to enter in to waiting room 2 there are two types 1 regular and premium launge For regular paper visa application you'll have to wait and token number announced after that they'll generate one receipt for payment of fees if on a premium launge that fees will also be collected keep in mind all transactions are CASH ONLY 3 Then you'll have to return to your counter and wait for a receipt then you'll have to give biometric in front of the officer Then your passport will be collected and biometric confirmation barcode Will be provided by them If you fist came to give biometric then you'll have to come again for submission for passport of your application is still under review Once biometric is generated online you can give biometric within 30 days Within 30 days if you're not able to give biometric then you'll have to write an email to corresponding email I'd mentioned 2nd or 3rd page of your biometric confirmation page Other details are provided in the photo uploaded by me

Well managed place, my visa application file was submitted in about 20 minutes even after a long queue, staff members are polite and supporting,place is clean and air-conditioned and sufficiently large for the rush over the place.one thing though, name on the Google map was confusing as you search for Canada visa application centre it shows somewhere else ,and on this place it shows Australia visa application centre. Place is well connected with public transportation on case you are traveling from out of the city.

Nice for working and helpful staff But address is difficult for searching No name board available

Very good office neat and clean... No rush.. appointment according to professional time. Perfect management with coordination and cooperation from security check to internal officer... I had an appointment with Divyesh Vyas , cool man helps to resolve queries with total respect. Softness and polite with professionalism. Even I checked out others also explaining to old people with all the details in Gujarati. Which I really appreciate and making process smooth... I would also suggest if VFS comes to Baroda that will be great support to barodians... 5 star rated....

Worst staff and service. Specially the outside staff lady was ok but the man would make you wait while allowing others who have appointment at later time go before you. And inside the staff is lethargic.

I was asked to switch off my phone, keep my office bag and helmet outside of the building , due to "security reasons". Inside the office, I noticed few people carrying their bags though. There is no locker facility or shelves available - so try not to carry anything extra when visiting the office. If you are searching for the office board on outside, you won't be able to notice it from the main road, but the GCC building can be located easily. Inside the office,staff is friendly, and you won't face any slowness if your documents are in order.

Very supportive and cooperative staff because once I went to apply for my New Zealand student visa and I reached at 3 PM and closing time of it also 3 PM and I didn't have enough documents so they give some time to fulfill documents this is happen because of Rao consultants care less staff they didn't guide me that this documents must needed after all i asked that what documents needed for that at end keep support like the way you did Good luck
