The Uttarakhand Trip was very nice and exactly as planned in the itinerary. Hotels, food, and overall arrangements were well taken care of. The driver was polite, professional, and cooperative throughout the journey. Here are some feedback/suggestions for Best Tour: 1. Hotel/Resort Stay: The accommodations were up-to-date, comfortable, and luxurious. Definitely worth the package cost 2. Food: While dinner venues were satisfactory, it might be nice to diversify our dining options, perhaps incorporating some fast food or alternatives to Kathiyavadi cuisine. For island tours, when anticipating subpar lunch options, providing packaged lunches or snacks as part of the package could be beneficial. 3. Travel: The bus transportation both within and outside destinations was exceptionally comfortable. For Phi Phi Island visits, extending the duration could allow tourists to enjoy more beach time. Additionally, for standard boat packages, upgrading seating options or offering alternatives could be communicated in advance to allow for consideration. 4. Group meetings: To make things more fun and help everyone get to know each other better, we could use different ways to talk, like WhatsApp, Google Meet, or meeting in person before almost 15 days of the trip.
