AVOID THE SCAMMERS! I've bought a flight ticket for PS388 and paid over the phone. Steve sent me the confirmation ticket from Qatar airways. When I called Qatar Airways they said booking is on hold and not confirmed but Steve said it's confirmed. The next day on Saturday Gavin called and said we didn't received the money but I checked the bank and money was gone through transaction but the company didn't accept the money and kept it pending. They sent me a new invoice of PS350 and said this is a cheaper ticket so pay for this. I've talked to the bank and they said not pay another payment and just wait for the payment to go through. As you see this would be a case for a genius company not for a scam company. Finally after 4 days waiting they have cancelled my ticket and said we are taking the PS388 non refundable initial payment as you didn't pay the 2nd payment!! This is what they sent to me. The Initial Payment of PS388.00 has been forfeited in strict accordance with the Terms and Conditions you accepted upon booking. As detailed under the 'Financial Terms and Payments' section, failure to meet the Final Payment Deadline resulted in the automatic cancellation of the provisional booking and the total forfeiture of the non-refundable Initial Payment. We confirm that no further payment is required from you for this closed and cancelled booking, and we consider this matter finalized. I've reported a fraud to the bank but this caused me so much hassle and stress. I'm going to complain to Qatar Airways as well as they let the scammer used their system.

Scam warning I tried to book a flight with this company, and received a fake booking confirmation and fake reference number. When I checked with the airline, there was no booking under my name. They then demanded more money and were extremely rude when questioned. I have already reported the case to the UK Police & Action Fraud. I hope this helps others avoid the same scam.

Do Not Use this company!! Please learn from my experience Do Not Use this company!! I booked 3 return flights from Dublin to Chicago totalling PS1885 This was a 3 day trip for my sisters funeral After 20 minutes, a worker John (as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike) called back to say our return flight was booked but our outgoing flight was unavailable but he could rebook us a new flight for PS2500 on top of what we paid. I told him I didn't accept this and wanted a cancellation- he happily told me this would be at a cost of PS275 per person as our return flight was available. PS825 this has cost me for booking a flight in 2 days time - what makes it worse is the same flights I bought were still available on the website The handler John was terrible, couldn't explain much and wasn't able to answer when I questioned things (didn't help he was eating away as we spoke) Zero compassion regarding our situation

I was booked the ticket on website price PS565 for return ticket.the guy in booknfly took full amount out my bank.after few hours he told me to pay more PS400 .i said why he said price on booknfly is deposit.then said to him price only PS565 .i want to cancel.but booknfly Don't pay back my money.they are scam not only me.i already go to police station.police man said this booknfly scammer.also my friends had been as same as me!i phone to the guy.he locked my number!i will bring him to the court.the people working hard to save the money for holiday or something.this Booknfly seat down at home and scam money from costumer are no good.we have share &tell people must report to the police and take them to court.
