Our visa (parents visa )was rejected during our first trial but we contacted Keith during our 2nd try and we received our visa within a week . Can someone please let me know how one can file a complaint against this business and revoke his license? What a clown and utterly irresponsible agent! After following up for weeks he not only did not apply for our visas but until one day day before our trip held the passports hostage in his home and did not pick up calls. Then he dunzod the passports from his home and made a family emergency excuse. 6 months of trip planning and over 10 cancellations to be made one day before our trip for all flights and hotels that were non refunded. Had to get family stranded in the destination country because of severe irresponsible behaviour. May no person ever have to suffer like we did. Hope you never cheat another human being in your life. EDIT: As a response to the agent. You are the person because of whom my family did not get a visa in time and you had to be threatened with a police case to refund the money back. I am the person stuck in Turkey on a family vacation without my family because you cheated my sister her husband and her daughter by not issuing their visa. Hope this helps clarify. Our entire trip plans had to be cancelled/modified thanks to your negligence.
