Had a fantastic experience enrolling my kids for Aadhaar at the Bangalore One center in Kasturi Nagar last week! Special appreciation to Ms. Sumithra for her outstanding professionalism, warm courtesy, and genuine helpfulness throughout the process. In a place where government offices can sometimes feel impersonal, she delivered her professional duties with a refreshing personal touch that made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this center. Thank you, Ms. Sumithra, for setting a gold standard!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the behavior of the lady who collects BESCOM and BWSSB bills at the center. On multiple occasions, including my recent visit, I have witnessed her prioritizing personal phone calls over attending to the customers, resulting in unnecessary delays and inconvenience to the public, including senior citizens. Despite there being only one or two people in the queue, she continues to engage in lengthy personal conversations, making everyone wait without any consideration. The calls are often not urgent in nature, and it is evident that she is using her position to make personal calls during work hours. Furthermore, her divided attention leads to errors in her work, such as typing incorrect numbers, which further adds to the delay. I have visited the center three times, and each time, she has been busy on her phone, making it difficult for me to make the payment. I believe this behavior is unacceptable for a government official, and it is essential that she prioritizes her duties and treats the public with respect. I request you to take necessary action against her and implement strict rules to ensure that the public is not affected by her negligence. It would be appreciated if her supervisor could be informed, and a system could be put in place to monitor and address such instances in the future.

I had to make the Aadhar card for my kid, had visited this Bangalore one, Mrs Sumitra Madam was very helpful in getting the application process completed. This is one of the best Bangalore one near Banaswadi Area. Staffs working over here are really helpful.

This one is really amazing place for all govt purpose works such as student pass and aadhar card changes. It's pretty small but has a park to sit. If you are visiting with your kids you can enjoy here relax and kids can play too. Amazing location amazing staff. They do accept the online payments. So no worries about the cash. This place will also not be crowded.

The adar center works very slow and per day 40 token distributed. Needs to improve the staff management and systems, you need to spend half day for adar updates..

It is a regular bangalore one center, but mostly being used for Aadhar services. I went here for Aadhar card update during Dec'2018. Working hours as per their employee is 8.00 AM till 6.30 for bangalore one services, but for Aadhar it's not the same. It is from 9AM till 3PM. Update: When I went there in Dec'18, Friday was no Aadhar service day, but as of 3rd Jan'19, I could see Sunday is also marked as no Aadhar service day. Following is the information for getting the Aadhar service here 1. Getting Token : At 8.10 AM they will distribute total 25 to 35 tokens. Many ppl will be in the queue from 7.00 AM there to get the tokes. So please make sure you are there within time. If you see already 35 ppl in the queue better try next day and do not try your luck. One person one token. They DO NOT entertain. When I went there, that day they gave 35 tokens. Token are just a piece of paper with stamp, date and signature, but it WON'T be carrying any sequence number as per your number in a queue. It just ensures that you are allowed to avail the Aadhar service on that day till 3.00PM. 2. Availing Aadhar Service The Aadhar fellow will be there at around 9 AM. At that time whoever is there in the queue, he will distribute the Aadhar form against the token. He will be writing the sequence on these forms in which order you can avail the service. I suggest you to better go back after getting your token and come there at 1.30 PM or so to avail the hassle free service. Charges: Please note that many Aadhar services are free, like First time Aadhar enrollment, Biometric updates for Kids. DO NOT PAY for those. Other wise charges are 25 Rs max. Make sure you carry 5 Rs change, else you may land up paying 30 Rs. Careabouts : When Aadhar details are being updated online, make sure he is entering the details correctly. Monitor kept there for user's review is blur and simply not readable. Insist on checking the details he is filling online. In my case he updated the mobile number wrongly and once he submits the application there is no way you get rectify the stuff at that time. I had to go again after 15 days for correction when my first request was resolve. So please be careful and watchful. Special Note: Bangalore One's staff is polite and helpful, but the people coming there for availing services may not be. I had to fight with local ppl to claim my number as they simply came and were standing first in the queue. May God save everybody from such ppl.

This Bangalore One office was recommended by my dad after his positive experience updating his Aadhaar Card, and I'm glad I followed his advice. I arrived around 9:30 a.m. after I got a token a bit earlier. Ms. Sumitra, who assisted me with my updates, was extremely polite and patient. I made a couple of mistakes while filling out the form, but she kindly provided fresh copies and guided me through the corrections without any fuss. The service was excellent, and I left genuinely happy with the experience -- something that's rare to say about most government offices!
