For one child Aadhar the Bangalore one made me run from 9 am to 1:30 pm making silly excuses every-time. Forget about us but atleast should consider that we have come for baby aadhaar enrollment by following the Indian government rules - and price for that is long await and these cruel staff don't even think of baby as baby need to have food on time can't wait in the queue. Disgusting service. If there was a negative star to give I would have given that but the least is 1 star. Worst Bangalore one Rajajinagar.

Worst staff worst service Mannerless staff The Seva Kendra has so well trained but unfortunately the seva kendra is closed and forced to go Bangalore one. At seva kendra babies and elderly people get priority, but Bangalore one worst. To give application form they verify the documents first then gives application form - the same documents which will be used later to substantiate the application. I went for Aadhar service which is available on the first floor. The place has issue with the parking though.

Very bad service, Customers are standing outside in a que line without any covid restrictions and they are not even allowing to sit inside even though lot of chairs available. Waiting from 8AM to 9.30AM still they dint even issue tokens for anyone.The reason is server down very common reply they ll give. After 9AM , office cleaning and arrangements and all they are doing. The government employees timings and their responsibility very great proved again.

Worst people very bad service useless people are working over here ..these security behaves like prime minister of India and speaks very rudely with yhe people .. Government of Karnataka should not entertain such people to work over here

Very worst service. Don't have a common sense for this Bengaluru staff. Please change the adhar service staff. They didn't gave information currently they are behaviour is very bad.

I noticed below points, 1.Vehicle Parking is a big problem.So,plan to come by metro/BMTC bus. 2.They provide limited number of offline forms/application per day.So,go early at the time of office open(10am) and collect form.Otherwise,fill form online,take printout and visit here. 3.Long waiting time.So go on weekdays and avoid weekends. 4.Fees to be paid for any service.UPI also available,ask and pay.

I am not happy with your service, I had been to Bangalore One beside old police station for Aadhaar update. Initially before giving form and token, they said it will take one hour. We said yes, we will wait. At time of our term, they said it is address update. You need to fill up one more form of self declaration. Since, they have one copy, go and get one more photocopy. When we asked question why you're telling now. They are not ready to accept their service fault, we asked why don't inform before giving form and token. Not ready to answer, asked us to talk to the manager, if we have any issue. We asked about Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), they are not ready to accept. Finally, we accept to get photocopy filled the details to get Aadhaar address update. There are few points to be noted, 1. Ask customer what they want, guide them properly, before issuing token. 2. All the required forms should be available. Since, customer is paying for the service.
