All staff sir behaving like somehow customer should not a come again. What higher officers are doing ??? If stuff can't do their work properly remove them and keep new young stars as staff. Dismiss all the current irresponsible people. In india so many people are there without job.

Worst post office to open your account they have zero respect to the public and they take there own time to process the request.. if you want to visit this post office for any services be prepared it will easily take greater than 2hrs ( especially if you're closing your account ) Management is least bothered and irresponsible they listen to music while processing the request not sure how accurate these staffs are.. The manager doesn't even intervene if any fights are happening.. if we ask for explanation they ask us to come tomorrow as the server is down! They provide you false commitment in terms of interest rates be mindful when you're opening RD account.. They have another stupid token system which is not followed by senior citizens due to which additional delays are caused.. People who are working take a leave if you want to get your work done in this branch.. Always ask for calculation facing interest rates provided which they're not aware don't open account with proof. This branch is totally beneficial for senior citizen. Others time is not respected you just need to wait forever in queues if you don't raise your voice!

This is the best post office I ever seen in India. Good and experienced staff. I went for minor to major account conversation of my daughter Sukanya Samridhi scheme. I went with all the documents with my daughter. They taken only 12 minutes and they given same passbook with new entry.

Usually the crowd is high, but the staff act irresponsible. They don't focus on customer service instead they chit chat themselves despite ppl standing in the queues, also they attend their personal calls which will eat up more time. There is a token system, but each token will taken easily 15-20 mins, by the time your time comes, you would have easily spent 2 hours in the post office. Even more worst thing is, it's the same tokens for parcel collection and the banking activities. Worst experience ever, but I will have to bear it bcoz it's my home branch.

Excellent Customer Service and very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Ask any questions and they will help you. I have seen this level of service across such as Jayanagar, GPO. I saw a Customer shouting at the staff but her response was polite and calm. I have not seen such calmness in private sector too. Thank you to All Post Office staff and Management

This post office is pathetic...oly building na office looks good for a post office.no facilities From 4 months I am seeing no UPI. Simply govt saying digital India and its own offic enough UPI. Cash also if u don't give exact change the grumpy govt employees start blabbering inspite of living off our taxes No gum also here which is pretty basic when u say post office. Ok no gum I asked them stapler ,no tat also they don't have when I can see a person pinning a document behind. Even smaller post offices have better services. No wonder private companies are better

Very rude staffs. The lady who sits at counter number 3 was constantly judging me. Discriminating me with other customers. I politely asked the query and she shouted at me for no reason. Very much chaos. While working she was on a call

Post office is neat and all Employee use face mask. Available on upper Groud floor. Road side parking area - Pic added. Infront of Sri Sai Motors. Post office on same lane of Sai Temple. Crowded but they have different line for Senior citizen and women. Someone in their Staff has helped me to provide revenue stamp quickly. Staff is cooperative. Post office can be easily identified by ongoers.
