I had been there to update my address in Adhar. Experience at Adhar service was nice and quick. I went on Sunday. Service is open from 9.30am till 12pm on Sundays.

Shobha Kumari is a rude woman. She is pathetic and thinks she is the boss there. She assumes that people should know everything. She has forgotten that she was appointed to help the public. First, she should learn how to behave and have basic manners.

Had a frustrating visit to this branch. The staff seemed uninterested, slow to respond, and failed to give accurate information. These laziest ppl just enjoying their job with no respect to it.

MINUS Stars. Pathetic centre. Zarina was extremely rude and claims to be more than the law. Despite submitting a registered property document from BBMP she is not excepting it as document. Please if you want peace of mind do not visit this centre

Pretty big place,many staff but none willing to help.They will be chatting and on phones.they take many breaks and close shop by 4.30 pm

Bangalore one - RT Nagar . No proper service. The center has a good setup and infrastructure, but the service after 4 PM is extremely poor. I've visited multiple times after 4 PM, and most of the staff are either on their phones or say "server is not working" -- even when other counters are functioning. It feels like they stop working after a certain time, despite the crowd and official working hours. This is frustrating for working people who can only come post 4 PM. Even I have seen the review of others same issue with this RT Nagar branch Action needs to be taken to ensure proper service is provided throughout the day.

First of all there is not a single person who guides you in the place! The aadhar updation procedure is so slow that it takes almost a whole day! The que is a mess and people just walked in while I told to wait in the que! The place smells extremely bad.

Worst is the better word as I do not understand why is this office even open. I went to get some corrections for my aadhar, a lady was trying to speak her way out with this short hair lady sitting on the chair and rest two were eating. I asked if I need to wait but I was told to express my requirement. Post which the lady started speaking in Kanada, with all due respect what I could understand I showed her my passport to which she denied to accept. I wanted to add my parents name based on my passport, later she joined the other two ladies to eat and all this at 0945 AM well I am unaware of breakfast or breake timings but atleast you can ask me to wait and get back to me that's what I all wanted but it turned into an argument as I tried to file a unhappy note by using QR code placed by the karnataka or central government. Along with me there were 10 other people Wait because all the employees wanted to have breakfast together. At the end the lady said complaint whosoever you want nothing happens. #taxpayer#proudindian. So much for one country and one nationality. #proposturus
