I recently visited the Bangalore One centre in Sahakar Nagar to update my son's name on his Aadhaar card, and I was highly impressed. Despite a long queue, the staff remained incredibly patient and answered every person's questions thoroughly. A staff member reviewed my original documents, provided the form, and guided me through the process. I waited my turn, and within 1.5 hours, the work was successfully completed. This was a much better experience than the Jakkur centre, where the service is poor and staff are often distracted by their phones. Big kudos to the three ladies working at the Sahakar Nagar branch for their professionalism and dedication!

Pretty decently organized Bangalore One. Enough of space to wait around outside and fairly efficient staff. They may not be perfect and can ask you for that additional "not really required" document. Don't allow that to upset you, carry all relevant documents in a file and the odd extra one as a back up. I got my Son's fresh Aadhaar enrolment done as well as my Daughter's Biometrics updated for her Aadhaar !!. Visit around 10 to 11 in the morning, best window with a minimal wait time and pretty empty. Server down times do occur and that odd error again patience l, but they know what they are doing more or less.

Came here on Saturday morning, by 11am. Updating biometrics, photos of my teen guy. Lady doing the job was alert, polite, active and very helpful. Fortunately, there was very less crowd and work got done within 20mins. I had to fill up a form. For other activities, it might take more time, more documents. We had worst experience, We visited on 16th February 26 for Aadhar address change and front desk lady TARA was simple giving reason for not attending on that day and asking us to bring some more documents which was not necessary, Not responsible people for public

I m very happy with there service,, I got my child aadhar with in 3 days, please don't visit jakkur CSC aadhar centre for enrollment they have worst staff,, I have visited three days continuously she have not updated and finally i visited this Bangalore one kodigehalli here within 10 mints enrollment happend and within 3 days I got my child aadhar,

"I had a very frustrating experience here. The staff is quite unprofessional and lacks any sense of accountability. There are no clear lunch hours posted, yet we were forced to wait outside for an hour (from 1:55 PM to 2:55 PM) simply because the Aadhaar operator was on break. The management is also a mess--there's no queue or token system in place. Strangely, they only generate a token after the work is already finished, which makes no sense. To make matters worse, they don't accept any form of digital payment. In this day and age, having to pay strictly in cash with no UPI or card options is incredibly inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this place if you value your time."

Very swift service and polite staff. Came for Aadhaar Update and could get it done in 10 mins.
