During the tour Team Bhavanya have taken care every moment. They organized the tour really well and also guided well and Mr. Pushkar Nath explained every place history. Bhavnya Travel Mart we opted for this whole trip of 5 nights and 6 days to Dubai, they had arranged cabs as promissed and we had good experience with cabs services We got breakfast included at the hotel and it was good taste. However the travles had promised us to give Concorde Hotel when we had asked for package details and it was clearly mentioned as Concorde hotel but then later once the payment was made the hotel was changed to Fortune Pearl Dierra Hotel and the day we made the advance booking amount we were requesting until we reached Dubai still they did not change the hotel and they provided the same hotel which was really annoying. Please never opt for this Fortune Hotel if they are providing coz it is not good for family and not that great view you get of anything. Also loud music at the hotel in the night until 4 am, it will be really tough to manage your sleep after your daily activities. Make sure when you do booking with this travels to take confirmation trice to understand if we are on the same page and if they are sticking as per the commitment. Derset safari: Dune bashing was really good, when reached base camp for the traditional dance, henna painting, camel ride. Fire, dance, belly dance performance was good and when they say henna painting for free it is just one flower they apply which is waste and camel ride is not worth coz they wont even take 10 meters very short round. Food was pathetic! Really worst experience with the food, if you opting for desert safari make sure they are providing good food. Once you are at the base camp the coordinater might inform you to upgrade to sit on couch for 50 AED per person - never go for this coz you wont get special treatment it will be the same as others. Bhavanya Travels provided dinner on 5th day at Swathi Grand Restaurant in Bur Dubai, again the food was really worst and it did not taste at well. We had to order only as per 4 plates coz they did not provide buffet coz we were just 4 of us and they informed that if we are more than 15 only then they will buffet. This was not informed us by the travels. Make sure you dont get this hotel. We had only breakfast and dinner included as part of the package. DESERT SAFARI and SWATHI GRAND dinner was really bad and rest breakfast in Fortune hotel was good where we were staying. Team did not provide any complmentary nor there was any candle light dinner given to us. Just one thing they did was to drop us at the future of the museum and arranged pick up from museum to hotel that too more than request we were begging for the team to arrange. Lot of miss communication had happened after booking was made and we had to continously request them plead them to change the hotel as promised but nothing happened and we had to take the Fortune hotel which was completely different from the promised one. We had to stay at the Fortune Pearl Dierra coz it was non refundable amount and we were asked to pay extra if we need change in hotel. Concern: Change of hotel, dinner at desert safari and swathi grand was really bad. Rest everything was delivered as promised without any complimentary and accepting our requests at one go. Thank you. Nicely planned by Bhavna travels...and because of Mr.Ravi kumar we have never faced any challenges in reaching destinations and accomodations...as everything is planned in a very proper manner...like booking hotels,cabs and food etc....
