I had an absolutely terrible experience with Chander, who claims to be a US visa agent. I lost 20,000 because of his sheer carelessness and unprofessionalism. 1. Despite providing every single detail in writing, he made four to five glaring mistakes on my application, including something as basic as my salary information. 2. Without taking consent, he rescheduled the visa appointment for my partner to dates on which he couldn't make it. This directly led to my financial loss. 3. When confronted, instead of owning up, he first denied ever making such mistakes, and when shown proof, had the audacity to argue that I should have "kept myself available" on the dates he chose. That is beyond absurd. This kind of incompetence and arrogance is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, please stay away from this agent. There are far more professional and reliable people available for the same charges, if not less.

This agency operates with misleading promises, unprofessional communication, and unethical practices. The agent initially agreed to refund my fees, but later went back on his word. I did not avail any services, nor was any actual work done for me, yet they refused to return my money. I urge everyone - DO NOT TRUST this service or send them any money upfront.
