Absolutely terrible experience -- avoid at all costs! We approached for help with our Schengen visa application and paid a hefty fee of 6000, trusting them to handle our travel and accommodation bookings properly. While they did provide us with travel and stay bookings, the documents turned out to be useless -- when the consulate tried to verify our accommodation, it could not be validated. As a direct result, our visa was rejected. When we approached the agency, instead of taking any accountability, they simply washed their hands off the matter and refused even a partial refund. They tried to shift the blame, claiming visa rejections can happen for many reasons. However, the main reason for rejection was crystal clear: the failure of our stay to be verified -- something they were responsible for providing. What's worse, they showed zero professionalism or concern after the rejection. No support, no resolution, no ownership of their mistakes. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this agency. Their poor-quality service and irresponsible attitude can ruin your travel plans and cost you dearly, like it did for us.

I am highly satisfied with the service provided for my Philippines visa application. The process was smooth, and I received my visa within 10-12 working days, just as promised. Paid 6,000 to Channel One for travel and accommodation bookings for a Schengen visa. The visa was rejected due to "stay validation" issues -- the consulate couldn't verify the bookings supposedly made by the agent. When questioned, the agent refused to take responsibility and instead blamed our age and claimed we should've paid more for a "premium" service -- something never mentioned upfront. This is completely unprofessional. They took the money, failed to deliver the required documentation, and now won't accept any accountability. Highly disappointing and not at all trustworthy. Avoid if you want reliable
