Excellent experience, they operate Monday - Saturday, Reach by 9.30 to remain ahead in queue as daily 30-40 tokens are given. The staff is very courteous and supportive. You need to carry your supporting documents with you they start work after 10 and call the token number. Simple steps and your work done.

Customers come here almost by 8. The employees don't reach until 10. It's a huge waste of time. Not more than 50 tokens are given per day and people are expected to wait and see if they will get their turn or not. Very bad efficiency considering that this is a govt office.

The staff don't respond properly, they aren't punctual to office. I took token at 9 am, waited till 1 pm just to update my phone number in aadhar card. Every update we come here they have some or the issue either they say server issue nor system upgradation really pathetic. Govt has to take some initiative to solve this issues

I have visited CSC office located in Jakkur, Bengaluru to update my contact number at 11.30 am and I was given a token no 36. I was asked to come back at 2pm to submit the biometric. I came back at 2 to find all the counters empty except for one and the token still running at 25. Service here is appalling and the people here are slouchy.

Very good service. The staff here (Jaya) was very good in customer service. She addresses all queries patiently and is well versed in English, Hindi , Kannada , Telegu and Tamil ( from what I noticed) . I visited for my child Aadhaar enrolment on a Saturday (Very Important! 10 am Token collection is needed) She communicated clearly by what time I need to come ( for me it was 12:30) and she finished the work in less than 15mins (despite server being slow) .

People keep waiting for token and these people take their leisure time to arrive at the office. More than 40 people have arrived are waiting for officials. Start time is 9:30 am but these officials haven't arrived till 10:30 am yet
