India Post

Postman is behaving rude and the guy who sit in the counter speaks only in english he must speak in kannada because Many customers are not able to communicate in english.

In my expereince I can gurantee India post is the on of worst in the world. Two of my packages been returned with false remarks and now they ask us to go to post office to fix their problem

You will end up spenind more than 1 hour to send one single parcel. Also delivery guys so are so lazy that they dont even call the consignee to deliver the parcel.. always ended up getting my parcel returned to me.. I dont even recommend using this worst service

Worst experience. In 2021 My Appointment letter with documents was returned back saying that insufficient address. Now in October 2023 they are doing the same returned my debit card/PVC Aadhar card saying that insufficient address. They have not tried to reach out and I haven't received any calls from them. Couldnot able to contact postoffice through given office landline since it is incorrect. Very disappinted.

Worst experience. Total careless and irresponsible. My order was not delivered but it is showing in tracking id it is already delivered and they have not tired to reach out and I haven't received any calls from them.

Quick service. Very difficult to locate, as the display signboard is washed out and faded. Parking for 2 wheelers is also difficult and there is no space to manuuere 4 wheelers on this side-road. So don't think of driving your car to this post office.

The postmaster is approachable and responsive, whereas the postman is unresponsive, rude and is short tempered. A certificate of mine which was supposed to be delivered to myself was sent back without even attempting a delivery in spite of contact number being available with the address. Neither do they serve any intimation in case the door is locked nor do they contact the recipient in spite of contact number being available. Later when it was reposted, I went myself to the post office with the tracking number, searched the article among the pile and got it self-delivered. The staff won't respond to inquiries on phone, and never provide any information about the article in-spite of providing them with tracking number. The post office is set up in the ground floor of a residential building on an interior road and is difficult to locate for first timers. Overall, the post office is pathetic in customer service and the place is disorganized; no wonder many articles are lost often; heated arguments and debates between staff and customers can be witnessed regularly. The branch also provides postal banking services which is painfully slow and tests one's patience. The passbook entry won't be available most of the time with the standard reason provided being server down or faulty printer. Senior citizens are made to wait for long durations even for basic services.

There is no good tosay only bad. Located in congested place with no proper parking .insufficient place. extremely understaffed.god is the only hope for people who are illitrate and want these post office service.but few postal delivery people are very helpful in need
