Very customer friendly post office. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. Not only the postal related work, even the other supportfunctions like banking and aadhar are efficiently provided to the public. The head of the office is quite logical and listens to customer. They need to upgrade their wifi speed and more staff if available this office can become a role model. My best wishes to the staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Token system has eased out the rush. Plenty of seating available. Senior citizens with knee problems may struggle to climb the steps to access the post office. However railings are present to hold onto while climbing. Parking is available in the adjacent streets.

I had enrolled Aadhar for my two babies... And got a good service and informative staff.. 3 years before they issued token at 9 o clk... Now they changed to 1.30 pm ... After verification of documents they gave the token... I appreciate the work of the staff before 3 years and now too....

Went for passport renewal. No appointments are kept inspite of the booking month before. 2.5 hours delay. Staff was efficient though.

Waste post office I have ever seen for adhar update I have came morning 10 o clock they give token after noon 1.30 for 10 people they told that it will take up to evening 5 o clock today full time waste

Worst experience of trying to send international speed post parcel . After spending 4 hrs they say system hanging

The post office is well maintained and employees are very friendly. I happened to connect at counter 2, Hamsa madam. She was very helpful, my job was supposed to get done for maybe 2hrs and she was so patiently guided along and helped through out.

Being a premier organisation of the government for post, courier etc the experience at the post office should be considered as worst due to the below reasons... 1. Lack of information that is provided to the customer. 2. They accept ONLY cash and no other payment methods which is a disaster in this era when Central government wants citizens not to make cash transactions. 3. Wait time for sending courier is unbelievably HIGH as we waited for over 1 and hours and decided to come back next day as each transaction was taking more than an hour with no clarity. Please save the citizens!!!
