No proper response Visited multiple times , as i was having issue in online transcation but no support Still im having the issue couldnt transfer amount

There is only one COUNTER for money transactions. So expect a long line and make sure you take half a day leave from office incase you plan to visit this post office. Moreover the ppl at the counter are not very helpful. They will make sure you have to run 10 times to their office to get the work done. They never give a complete list of documents needed. Every time you visit them they ask you to provide something new. I do not know how senior citizens manage when youngsters like us are made to run back and forth for documents without giving prior idea of the entire list of documents and photos needed. None of the working officials have the patience or a good nature to help out the senior citizens with info that needs to be entered in the form. Their attitude is pretty rude too. I have added a photo here to show the number ppl standing in the line. Since there is only one counter to deal with SB/ RD related account, ppl are standing in queue on road as well. We have had enough of this nonsense. I think it's high time you guys added another counter and be more productive. Be more respectful towards senior citizens. And ensure to help out the ppl who Donot understand what they are supposed to fill in their forms. Also add a list of documents u need, number of photographs you need and everything else needs on your notice boards, rather than forgetting and then making us run around. We have decided to close our account at this post office. Very disappointed!

Don't go to the ISRO Layout Post Office - it has been shifted to Kumaraswamy Layout. But be aware: the Kumaraswamy Layout branch does not accept international posts. They will ask you to go to the central branch. Tip: Instead of going all the way to the central branch, check nearby post offices - othet branches do handle international posts.

Horrible service. No wonder govt services get lot of bashing because of people working there. Very bad attitude towards customer and they think they are doing a favour. Never open counter on time after lunch hours. They have their own rules and reject your package without giving proper response why it is rejected. Pro tip: Avoid if you can.

I have never seen such a worst and horrible service. Visited post office for Aadhar update on Saturday and requested for token, they said come on Monday morning at 10.30am. I visited on Monday at 11am for a token they ask me to come on Wednesday. The counter is empty with no people updating/correcting the Aadhar but still for issuing a token they expect people to leave all their work on come at the time they say. Is this how a government organization functions, they are public servants and need to work the hours the govt has designated and support the people to address their concerns.

The location got shifted near to Sagar Hospitals. It's been 7 months. The location is wrong.
