I generally avoid putting negative experiences on social platforms, but after months of unresponsiveness and unprofessional behavior, I feel it is important to make others aware. I had approached Itzeazy for my car's RTO transfer. Initially, I was told that my documents were verified and pickup was scheduled. Later, the representative informed me that their verification team had made a mistake they suddenly claimed that since the car was previously in my mother's name, additional documents were required and an extra 2,500 would be charged. They also asked me to pay the pickup agent directly, even though doorstep pickup was already included in the service package. I still complied, assuming the process would move smoothly. Unfortunately, it did not. Due to this unprofessional flip-flop, I requested them to cancel the process and refund the 6,950 I had already paid. Instead of crediting it back to my bank account, they pushed the amount into their internal "Itzeazy Wallet" (** with no option to withdraw to my bank account **)which is of no use since I do not wish to avail any service from them again. Since then: My refund has not been processed My original documents have not been returned Customer support has stopped responding WhatsApp messages are ignored for weeks Emails have gone unanswered for months When I shared an honest review online, I was asked to remove it instead of being helped It has now been several months, and I still have: No refund No documents No response For anyone considering their services especially for something as sensitive as RTO processing and handling of original documents please be extremely cautious. My experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely mishandled. I hope this post pushes the company to take accountability and resolve my case immediately. I had an overall good experience with Itzeasy for some RC work which I had entrusted them with. Anisha from the team was a steady point of contact through the project. The experience was seamless from document collection to final delivery. The updates were done through the app/ website though it would have been good to have some updates during the weeks where the document work was in progress. Overall would recommend Itzeazy for this.

I had a wonderful experience getting my Singapore visa through Itseazy. The process was incredibly smooth thanks to their excellent support team specially Tamanna who guided me at every step. I really appreciated the free pickup and delivery service for my documents; it was such a convenience. Trustworthy and efficient!

They got the work done but I won't recommend going with them at all. Took them months to do it, had to reshare docs multiple times mostly due to fault at there end; zero communication, they stop picking up calls entirely. Probably a good idea to go with a driving school nearby who you can hold accountable, not a nice feeling when these online agencies go awol with your original documents.

Please check screen shot and then think about paying itzeazy They told me i will get refund in 45 days to my bank account it's still not credited. Anam was the one who I spoke regarding NOC she ask for advance now no response. Because they were not able to get NOC for my bike they told they will refund but now no response to call and message.
