Kadugodi Post Office

From last 45 days, none of the packages are getting delivered to my house. Before that things were okay, looks like some new post delivery person has been assigned to the area. Two of the pavkage were returned, and when i checked the tracking it says "Delivery Attempt but consignee not available", but i was available on all those dates and time. Two of my packages have returned because if this last month causing money loss and great inconvienience. Looks like some new post woman has been appointed in the area and she is not doing her job of entering societies, and carelessly throwing things at the security office. My watchmen told her today that some packages are not delivered and she just dif not respond. Please take cpgnizance if the issue or else i will file an official complaint with the India Postal Service head here, I live here in DB LAKVEN VISISHTA.

The Only centre in Whitefield where Enfant Enrollment should work is this centre but apparently the Computer itself is not working with no resolution date of the repair. The Staff is nonchalant about it and the aadhar service is bad, please enquire before bringing infants.

This is the 3rd time in a month they are saying the system is down. They are not processing any post / couriers. They are proving it's typical indian government office. The staffs are enjoying nicely saying system is down and chilling there. Lethargic and pathetic service. Indian govt. offices will never change unless people raise voices.

Today (27th Dec 2025) visited for Aadhar fingerprint update for my 5 years old kid. They told to come after 6th January. It is open but they don't talk. Typical govt office. However we get it done in nearby private center today itself.

Worst experience with the delivery agent at Post Office Kadugodi. The staff spoke very rudely and were completely unhelpful. Such behavior is unacceptable in a public service office. They should treat customers with respect and provide proper assistance instead of making the experience frustrating.

Pathetic experience. The person doing Adhar enrollment is having serious problem. Red flag for non-Kannadiga. I am writing this review after my 6th visit to the post office for my son's Adhar card. He simply made me wait and calling the Kannadigas whose token numbers are after me, he is very rudely behaving and finally after 1hr when I was the last person, he said server is not working. Before this 5 time I went and every time, he gave different timeslot for next time.

They took 50Rs cash from me for aadhar phone number update and did not do any processing and didn'teven provide any enrollment number. After 2 months again They took extra 75Rs once again and then processed it.they are simply looting and harassing senior citizens.

While the government is working on making Digital India, India post accepts only CASH!!! Here are few things that you need to follow before dropping your parcel 1. Make sure you seal your whole package with transparent seal or just transparent tape. 2. To & from should be written on the box and seal it. 3. Carry your aadhar/Pan card 4. Carry cash, also few coins and 10/- notes. Even though they are accepting only cash, they are still short of change idk why 5. Make sure to click a picture of your parcel before handing over to them. 6. If it's a fragile box, please use FRAGILE tape so that they don't throw your packages. 7. They give a receipt after receiving the package, keep it safe until the package is delivered. 8. They have various delivery charges for the post type, for example - speed post, business delivery, air delivery. Check the prices and the delivery days.
