*Smooth and efficient experience!* Visited the Passport Seva Kendra recently and was pleasantly surprised by how well-managed everything was. The staff was polite, the process was quick, and the entire workflow was clearly guided at each step. From token issuance to document verification and biometrics -- everything was handled professionally. Great job to the team for maintaining such efficiency. Keep it up!

It's better to go to the parking first if going by own car or 2 wheeler as the passport office is just behind the parking. It's a big parking area. If going to the passport office first, then take the second left lane for the parking (500 Meters from the passport office by road) but just behind the parking area to the passport office entrance.

I believe that addressing these issues will greatly enhance the experience for everyone who visits the center. 1. Waiting Area Conditions * The air-conditioning in the seating area is either not functioning or inadequate, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially during peak hours. * Seating is limited and poorly organized, with no clear numbering or queue management. As a result, applicants are unsure where to wait, and the sequence of calling numbers often seems arbitrary. 2. Queue Management and Numbering * The token-issuing system does not follow a clear sequential order, leading to confusion and distress, particularly for elderly applicants or those unfamiliar with the process. 3. Staff Conduct and Competence * Some members of the front-desk staff appear insufficiently trained in both the procedural aspects of passport services and in basic customer communication skills. * I observed instances where staff spoke abruptly to applicants, including senior citizens, and were unable to provide clear guidance on required documents or next steps. * The APO (Assistant Public Outreach) desk in particular needs staff who can communicate patiently and accurately with diverse customers. Suggestions for Improvement: * Maintain and monitor the AC systems regularly to ensure a comfortable environment. * Re-organize seating with clearly labeled chairs or waiting zones, and ensure the token-calling follows a strict sequential order displayed on a screen. * Provide staff training focused on (a) the technical aspects of passport processing, and (b) soft skills such as courteous communication and customer empathy. * Place clear signage (in Hindi, English, and the local language) outlining the steps of the application process, required documents, and signage directing applicants to the correct counters. I appreciate the important work your office does and hope you will consider these observations and suggestions. Improving these aspects will not only make the process more efficient but will also leave a positive impression on all applicants. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - No proper board. Will confuse with HDFC bank board. - A counters are fast. But B counters are less and even staff are very late to office. Staff head was chasing for late employees. There were only 2 poor employees handling whole crowd. - Poor parking facility. Horrible during raining days.

Horrible and pathetic experience. Took almost 7 hours for the entire process. Out of 4 counters dedicated for final verification only 2 were active. When asked we were told rudely to lodge a complaint to APO. Lady who was APO did not bother to even acknowledge the complaint and kept looking at the files. This place is extremely crowded without proper sitting arrangement. We felt like be in fish market or vegetable market. At the end we were started feeling claustrophobic but were not allowed to go out for some air. Overall terrible experience and I would suggest to explore other places for passport applications.

One of the worst car parking & poor maintenance. The security guard is very rude & mannerless person. He won't even talk properly to customers. We came to this place around 8.20am and gate was still locked where as we have our appointment at 8:45am, this security guard refuses to open the gate and told in rude manner like its open only at 9am. What a baseless logic this was, how can 8:45am appointment people can come at 9am to park their vehicles? this is absolutely base less. That security guard speaking in abuse language in his local language when we ask questions why the gate can't open at 8.20am. I had a very bad experience at this car parking. They claim this land doesn't belongs to official passport authority office and its a private land nothing to do with passport office which is another blunder.

Though it is spacious but it's very dusty parking lot.

Facilities and services good. But don't have space for sitting.
