R. T. Nagar Head Post Office

It is not even worth giving a single star. They lack basic civic sense. I had a very pathetic experience here. Even though the crowd was less, she took unnecessarily long time for doing things. Being rude to people, throwing the money and not responding to the people... she lacked every quality needed for public servant. So much attitude. Being little kind and giving guidance doesn't hurt anyone.The people at the both service counters 1 and 2 are very rude to people. Hope some action will be taken. I will never visit this post office.

My visit to this post office was genuinely awful. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed completely unwilling to help. I spent way too long waiting in line, only to receive really slow and incompetent service. It's clear they need to sort out their organization and customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time here.

I had a very, very pathetic and truly the worst experience at R.T. Nagar Post Office, all because of one staff member named Mr. Manjunath. The staff here is extremely unprofessional, rude, and careless toward customers. Mr. Manjunath's behavior was absolutely disrespectful and insensitive. I visited the post office around 11:00-11:30 AM to send an international parcel. Since it was my first time, I expected some guidance on how the process works -- packaging, item value, weight, and other details. Instead, he gave no proper information, spoke rudely, and made me wait until 2:30 PM for no valid reason. When my turn finally came, he said in a harsh tone, "It's my lunchtime, now you just sit and wait," and walked off. Even after his lunch break, he continued to be impolite and unhelpful, making me wait another 30-45 minutes before attending to me. Honestly, Mr. Manjunath should be held accountable for his unprofessional conduct. The way he treats customers, especially those coming for the first time or from different communities, is unacceptable. It's high time that India Post replaces such staff with responsible and respectful officers who understand their duties and treat people equally. This was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've ever had. I truly hope the management takes strict action so others don't face the same humiliation and delay.

Always return with good service, mostly I visit for speed post service or to post any letter. Office has seating space and cleanliness is maintained. The outdoor is also well maintained. The person who sits at the courier counter is a good person who helps and processes the courier items rapidly. Always had a positive experience. Thank you

One of the head post offices in Bengaluru. It has a lot more counters which helps to reduce the delays. We went here to apply for net banking services, and it was done very quickly.

Worst service the counter is closed and there are more people and it is been delayed . No proper response and we have been standing in the queue and some people who are withdrawing more amount are collecting directly ... And less staff do seee to it that people are suffering for the post office staff negligence....

I live in this area and work in a hospital here, so the post office is very big and very good. The staffs here are very good and a lot of big jobs are done very quickly.

What a pathetic service, didn't even imagine. Those ladies near the speed post and courier service counters won't even be there at the counters. They simply stand in groups and chit-chat like workless people on streets. Also they didn't agree to send sweets even though it's not listed in the not acceptable products. These people don't even have minimum common sense and concern towards customers. Government should look into this and solve.
