The office is in 1st floor. No lift, it's difficult to elders. And i went for property registration, it's smoothly happen in short time. Well organized office & staffs are ok. Apart from i don't see drinking water, common toilets.

Generally a crowded place. Need patience and should have enough time to get the work done. Generally the work may not happen in one go. Not enough space to get seating. Better to go once for consulting and take details and then go with all required documents at once for easy process.

Went here for marriage certificate, staff we're giving all the information required. The office is in 1st floor, office building is very close to road and less parking space in the same road. You can park your vehicle in roads beside. There are stationary shops, xerox shops and studio are nearby. The office is next to Konankunte Police Station.

The location is on the main road on the first floor. There are no lifts. Parking is wherever it's feasible. Ground floor has an advocate's office. The office is quite spacious but since a large number of people visit, it may get quite crowded. There are seating facilities. The officials are quite busy but approachable and have a positive attitude.

Staff was helpful till an extent, but as all government offices, very slow and passive. Could definitely be much better.

Steep stairs, may be difficult for elderly people. No way to access it by wheelchair. The place is always crowded and very congested, as the place is too small for the crowd. Absolutely no space to even breathe during the peak hours. Vehicles will be towed by BCP tiger. Inconvenience to public. They have a standard reply always that the server is down come tomorrow and if you Pay bribe then work will done faster without any system issue. Parking should be on main road only, no special parking available.

Good Govt stamps and Registration office. Staff are good with clear explanation and advices without irritation/,anger.

Went here for the marriage registration. It went pretty smooth. Let me tell you, it really is easy!! Don't pay 5000-6000 rs to the agent!! Hardly took an hour for the entire procedure. Staffs are very cooperative. Even though the place is insanely crowded! Points to note: * Either bride or groom should have the address in this office's jurisdiction. In my case it was my wife who had address in JP nagar, and my address proofs were Kerala address( It's fine) * There is no dead line. We got our marriage registered after a year of marriage. * Only bride & groom are enough to be present at the time of registration. You don't have to bring mother or other witnesses along. Let me explain the procedure. 1. On the basement there are shops selling marriage registration form. Pick it up paying 20 rs. 2. Fill the form. You need to fill Bride, Groom, Brides mother & 2 witness details in the form. Mention the addresses same as the respective persons Aadhar addresses. Fill all details, so that you don't have to fill it while submitting and waste time. Also get the signatures of all witnesses and mother along with date. 3. Carry the below items. - 6 2B joint photographs of bride and groom - SSLC marks card xerox and original of both - Adhar card of both xerox and original - wedding invitation - wedding photo with family : post card size - id proofs xerox of witnesses mentioned 4. Now just submit all these, sign wherever they ask you to sign. In an hour you'll receive the certificate. The fees is 220 rs. And then you can give your happiness fee if you would like :p Pro tips: - Go on a weekday, and reach by 10.30 AM.. it'll be pretty fast - Speak in Kannada, they'll be more than happy and more comfortable making things faster.
