Alhamdulillah, we had a good and blessed Umrah experience with Sultan International Travels. We travelled with 15th Dec group, and overall the arrangements were well managed. The visa and ticket process was smooth, followed by a helpful group orientation before departure. In Makkah, we stayed at Diyar Alkaram Hotel (15th-23rd Dec), the rooms were spacious and the food was generally served hot and good. The hotel is located around 700-800 mts from the Haram entry-point, which was manageable. Ziyrat at Mecca was good visited places like Masjid-e-aisha, Masjid-e-nimra, Jabal al-Rahmah, Mina and Muzdalifah. The optional day trip to Jeddah was organized well, although the shopping experience there could have been better. We left for Madinah on 23rd December after Zuhr, and on the way had ziyarat at places like Badr Martyrs Burial Ground and Jabal al-Malaika, which was meaningful. Reached Madinah around 11 PM and stayed at Marjan Al Dahabi Hotel. Alhamdulillah, the rooms were spacious and we even had a good view of Masjid-e-Nabawi from our room. The hotel is very close to the Haram however, being located at the corner it was around 800-900 mts to reach Rawdah Rasool (the Green Dome). One area that could be improved was the food arrangement in Madinah, as it felt below expectations in terms of freshness and temperature. The ziyarat in Madinah, including Masjid-e-Quba, Masjid-e-Qiblatain, and Uhud Mountain, was well arranged, and the transport for departure on 28th December to the airport was smooth. Special thanks to our group leader Sha Tehran for his guidance throughout the journey and for arranging Zamzam bottles (12.5 SAR, at additional charge) during check-in at Jeddah airport. Alhamdulillah, overall the service by Sultan International was good, and the Umrah experience was spiritually fulfilling.
