I had good experience here. Though the staff was a bit slow and slightly in-efficient. For a 5 min work they spent 20 minutes. I had to wait for 1 hour for my turn ( even with premium lounge). But after all they are nice people. I forgot my spectacles there ( when they asked for removing specs for taking my picture). They called me in the evening, to inform about lost specs. I was able to collect my specs next day. I got the visa approved within exactly 5 working days ( It was priority visa). My appointment was on Monday. I received the passport-collection call and sms on Friday evening. I visited them next Monday morning to collect the passport. Before going, I read the reviews by other people.. So I didn't expect them to provide parking or a place to sit while you wait for your turn. Which is a bad experience but since I knew it in advance, i was not expecting it. So I managed with it.. People waiting outside were not more than 10-15. At least they could buy a cheapest possible bench ( 1000 Rs.) and put it there. They charge so much money per application, they can definitely afford 1000 Rs. for such a bench. If not, I am happy to donate them 1000 Rs. for the convenience of fellow applicant. So, overall experience matched the expectation. Little inconvenience is OK, but I received the visa-stamped passport on time, that is very plus point.

This is mainly handling visa document verification. Please try to come just before 15 minutes they allowed. don't come soo early because they will allow you inside before 15 minutes of your allowed time . There no space to sit and wait for so be aware of this. Thank you

There's no waiting as such. Everything was smooth. The staff was polite. Do check for services they offer. Not necessary you've to go for whatever they suggest you. UPDATE : I was here today to collect my passport. First of all, pen drives aren't allowed inside the office which is acceptable. What was not acceptable was that the staff asked me to store my assets in a locker and pay 200 rs for that. 200 rs for 10 mins. They're just taking undue advantage of the folks who are in the urgency of completing the Visa process . The better thing to do is to walk straight to the store opposite of VFS and get a locker,50 Rs per hour. At least the shop owner is not here to loot the people who visit VFS unlike VFS itself. Very dissatisfied with the service. Kindly know that you cannot go here unless you very wads and wads of cash to throw around everyone to just get your work done. The only decent thing about this place is the security guard outside who was very kind and polite. Huge thanks to him!

We'll organized. Courteous staff. Clean and well sanitized. I would suggest that you do not opt for the lounge service unless you feel totally lost, as the process can be done without additional help with minimal instructions. Laptops and pen-drives are not allowed inside. Best not to carry them to the center.

My interview slot was at 4 pm. I came a bit early. But they were strict about going in at the 4 pm slot. Finally went in and after initial documents arrangement etc, had to wait for about 2 hours in the visa waiting room. Thankfully they had seats to sit through the 2 hours of waiting. Better to get a book with you to read as it takes more than 1.5 hrs to get the visa application process done

Terrible place with absolutely horrible and excruciatingly slow service. The staff behaves very lazily and in a neglectful manner without any real concern for your important documents. The charges for a simple xerox copy is sky high here with a single page costing over 30 rupees. For an embassy/government related company, it's the worst that I've experienced so far. But the people opposite the place at the photo studio thingy are amazing and very helpful.

They do a good job in terms of executing the instructions of the respective consulates they are working for, in terms of accepting or refusing the application of applicants, otherwise their corporate colours are there to see in its true glory. They 'push' for their paid service, they charge Rs 150 for a 3 page printout, and put you on a mission impossible if an application needs minor corrections. So, you would end up like a monkey with its tail on fire when you have to correct the document and rush back within a stipulated time, else you'll have to redo a booking for a fresh appointment, or simply opt for the paid service and be treated like a king.
