They charged 25k just for securing a visa appointment. The documentation for visa was already done. We needed a student visa within a time frame. And they had committed that they would refund the money if they failed to secure an appointment. However, they failed to do so within the timeframe and eventually we had to do it on our own. They only refunded 6.25k citing all the monitoring they did. Please also note that they are quite unprofessional, not responding appropriately.
