My personal experience had been a terrible headache. This guy came to our college NITK and I applied for a new passport application through him by paying an extra 500 rupee than form cost as his service fees but after that I called almost every week for 2-3 months just so that he can book an appointment and yet he did not book any slot, at the end out of frustration I gave him a 1 star review on which he got furious and threatened me that if I don't delete my google review he won't book an appointment. Extremely bad service and that too on top of charging so much money just to fill a form and book appointment. It is my personal advice to never apply through this organisation save your money and mental peace.

Worst service ever. He is a worst person. Takes money initially promising to get the work done. But does nothing. Wasted my time and money also. Doesn't even have the courtesy to talk politely. Never came accross such low life ever in my life. Very disgusted. Don't ever go for third party passport filing.

This establishment is total sham. There was a name correction in birth certificate requested for passport purpose. Though the payment was prepaid the associates did not provide the corrected birth certificate ever , even after 5 years.
Following up with them has been a total disappointment and waste of time since they dive some bulshit reason all the time.

Worst service. DO NOT go for this. I had to wait for more than 6 months to get my first appointment for passport verification after hundreds of calls and requests. And I didn't get my passport at the end. I had to reapply again by myself. That's a better way to do it.

I had been to Mr. Arun last month because my Passport was expiring on June 2022 and I wanted to renew it. Mr. Arun is genuine and knows his job very well. He guided me through the process very well. Just today I received my new passport.
It's just not the passport, you can approach him for doing other documentation also which you should check with him before.
I am not only satisfied with his job, but I am also thinking of approaching him while applying for my wife's passport.
Without hesitation I would recommend him for anyone who wants to use his services.

Very rude behaviour from the owner itself. I did applied for renewal of my passport and he collected full payment in advance. No followup from their side and infact when called and enquired I had a very bad experience. He is telling its my duty to go and enquire in passport seva kendra. Then what service this firm offer ?. He charges 1000 rs extra as a commission for just online filling of form.
He Dose not respond to calls after receiving the payment.
Behaves rudely if you visit his office..

But you charged me 4500/- in advance and made me to pay 2000/- again on passport office.
