I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the help desk. Frankly, the staff member's attitude does not even deserve a single star. Unfortunately, the feedback form did not allow me to submit a feedback without giving the star. When I visited in the afternoon to update my number in my Aadhaar card, the help desk staff was very rude. Without even greeting or listening, she looked at me and curtly said "lunch break." Later in the evening, when there was still time before closing, she refused again, saying it was "closing time." Her behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and devoid of basic courtesy. Such treatment makes one lose faith in humanity. As working professionals, we all encounter new people daily, yet we make an effort to treat them with respect -- something that was completely missing here. I request the management to take necessary action against such conduct and consider replacing this staff member to ensure better service for the public.

I went to Mangalore One during my working hours for Aadhar updation and ended up wasting valuable time. Even after waiting for hours, the staff were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of guiding, the lady spoke with attitude as if she was doing me a favor. This is shameful and unacceptable for a public service office. Such staff clearly have no respect for people's time or problems and are unfit to deal with the public. Government centers should treat people with respect and professionalism, which was completely missing here.

Mangalore One / Karnataka one what ever you call it. They provide services like New Adhaar, Adhaar updation, Passport Verification, Payment of Electricity Bills and many more services. It opens at 8am and closes at 7pm. If you go after 10am you will see a huge rush at all counters. The girls there are quick and polite (atleast I had a very good experience). They share information but at times they are very busy. They deal with different queries and people day in and out. They have to go through the server issues as some of the government portals are down and that will increase the waiting time. We had been there for PCC and there was some waiting time. It did take a lot of time, but that was because we were not getting the OTP. But finally the work happened. Though there is a lot of place to sit, but no fans and ac is always switched off.

One of the worst service provided. The attitude that the staff have is bad. Just because it's a government office, we have to bear this pathetic service.

Women at the reception has an attitude at 11 in the morning. One hour into opening shop.

I went to change my phone number in adhar card and one lady addressed me very well and I got my adhar card number from adhar customer service . After that when I asked for number change the lady who is doing number change is very aggressive and she was showing her attitude with me it's really very bad customer service I ever faced in my life

Timings mentioned outside are from 8 am to 6 pm however the girl we spoke to( very rude one) said that for all work other than bill payments,the timing is 8am to 4.30 pm .This is not displayed anywhere.We went at 4.41 pm and the girl refused point blank to assist in any way.She said to go to Lalbagh when ch is open till 5.30 pm.Why do the center's have different operating timings? And why do the staff have so poor pathetic attitude?

Pleasant experience when I visited this Karnataka One centre for Aadhaar address update. The staff at the Aadhaar enrolment desk was extremely helpful and she answered all my queries. The place is usually very crowded between 10 am and 2 pm. Seating arrangements should be improved as the Air Conditioners are non operational and Fans are not installed in the waiting area.
