FRRO Trivandrum

I had an appointment at the FRRO office Thiruvananthapuram for Fast Track Immigration (TTP) and had an excellent experience. The staff were very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. I visited along with my wife, and we were able to complete our biometrics in less than 30 minutes, which was very smooth and efficient. A special mention to Officer Sunny, who handled our biometrics with great professionalism and a helpful attitude. I also noticed the way the team assisted a British citizen on the same day, which showed their courteous and supportive approach to everyone. Overall, I truly appreciate the dedication and efficiency of everyone working at the FRRO office Thiruvananthapuram. The only drawback is the parking facility, but apart from that, everything was excellent.

Visited FRRO Trivandrum for biometric enrollment. The process was very smooth and took less than 10 minutes. No prior appointment was required since I already had the biometric QR code. The staff were professional, courteous, and guided me clearly through the procedure. Overall a very efficient experience -- thank you to the team.

Friendly place and helpful officers. Date of visit - 20 Nov 2025 I went there for doing biometric thing for fast track immigration process. Everything went well, right from reception to the officer taking biometric details. The officer were polite and helpful. The wait time was little longer as there were no one else waiting other than me. The waiting area seemed small and congested, but it was ok that day, only me :) One bad thing about the place is lack of parking. That could be a problem for people who doesn't know the area well (most people visiting the office will be like that rt).

Highly professional, super friendly, polite and super fast staff. My business including biometrics were completed in less than 5 minutes. Even I was escorted from the reception area! First time I was seeing such a highly efficient Government office in India! More than happy to give a five star rating!

Booked an appointment for FTI-TTP through online. Visited this place to do the rest of the processing for my biometrics. Had a good experience there. The services were easy. Staffs were very friendly. Wishing all the government employees should be like this. Please bring passport for this process.

Great staff and wonderful leadership at Trivandrum FRRO. Had a serious issue with travel documents around the New Year holidays and needed some urgent help. The FRRO office staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful and patient. I had to go back for a follow up on New Year's eve and the office was open which was remarkable. Ms. Lakshmi was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Amazing to see how efficient and friendly this team is for visitors to India.
